  1. LOL! I would be so dejected

  2. given such a situation, the intensity of my reaction will be directly proportional to the intensity of my disgust. considering that he is getting on my nerves, i would make an effort to get on common ground with my boss’s bosses and then get pally with them. when my boss starts to get hibby jibbies thinking about “all that i may be raving about him” he will eventually come to trust his pea-sized-brain…

the rule of the game is simple – the scales must tilt in my favor. if my hard work isnt enough, it’s time to play some mind-games.

  3. sheesh! he just wants to be an a#$%%%%%!

thats all there is to it! plus you are so good at work perhaps, that it makes him insecure!

    aarrgghhh!

  4. arggghhhh! Words fail me! %$%$@#$ Insecure bosses! My empathies/sympathies!

  5. I work hard at not performing exceptionally well at work, anymore. That way the hurt of not being recognized is replaced by the joyful surprise of being thanked for a couple of things that you do right! The written praise from previous managers and customers is good nostalgic reading… like the rose bought for Rose Queen in college but never given.

Anyway, if your boss was any good, he’d be WORKING instead of MANAGING. Flick some office stationary and let it out… 🙂

  6. @#$% off is what u should tell him… pardon me for the language but thats the only thing with these guys

    vidooshak,

  7. Thank you all ..I feel better to know that you all feel the same 😀

More so , I was not even given due credit. Recession made it tough to quit and so I decided to stick even after feeling terrible. […]
